These are super popular! 2 dozen Mushroom and Mozzarella arancini balls.
A generous sized ball of risotto and fresh mushrooms with a gooey mozzarella centre and a crispy panko crumb. We don’t use ingredients with gluten in this recipe.
These are served cold.
Heat in a 180 degree oven for 12 minutes and then serve.
