Below is a comment from the most recent mystery shopper:
1. On a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 is Not at all Likely and 10 is Very Likely, how likely would you be to return to this store based on your OVERALL experience at this store today? 10/10 10 = Very Likely
Why did you give this score? Friendly staff (three greeted me while I was in the store) exceptionally well laid out, extremely clean and tidy and displays are inviting and interesting. All in all a really great shop. This was an exceptionally clean, tidy and interesting store. They had unusual products, great displays, and staff who obviously enjoyed being there. The fresh produce was particularly inviting. It made me want to have their produce.
