Home made tasty dishes are prepared daily in our Western Growers fresh onsite kitchen. Kitchen Manager Joel and Head Chef Stuart work side by side preparing delicious foods for you to buy from our shop. They also enjoy training the next generation, with apprentices learning the crafts of pastry chef and chef.
All recipes are developed by our team and tried and tested before we package and display them in the shop. Ingredients are local wherever we can source them (e.g. vanilla is not grown in Australia so is imported). We don’t use additives or preservatives in our cooking; it’s all pure food!
